Molly helped me find my first home in Memphis, TN in Oct 2025. She was phenomenal to work with; I would not hesitate to work with her again or recommend her to family and friends. As I was travelling from out of town, she was kind enough to reserve an entire weekend plus (Th-Sun) to show me houses, etc. She was very generous with her time and patient with me throughout the daunting process of buying a home in a city I knew next to nothing about. When we finally found a house I was very interested in, she didn’t hesitate to rearrange our showing schedule to help me see as many other homes as we could as soon as possible for comparison so that I could put an offer in on the house of interest sooner rather than later. She explained all the details of the actual house-buying process thoroughly when the time came to go through paperwork and documentation. Since I could not return to Memphis for all the events that needed to take place after the offer contract was signed, Molly coordinated the myriad of subsequent appointments (inspection, repairs, pre-closing check, etc.) and graciously stood in for me at those meetings. After closing, she has been invaluable in recommending reputable service people for projects and tasks I need done. I am truly grateful that a friend recommended Molly to me as this first homebuying experience went smoothly and seamlessly. If I ever need to sell my home or purchase a new one in this area, she will be the first one I call!
